Today’s post is from a super group of talented young readers who make the most wonderful illustrated reviews. Jasen Booton, teacher in charge of the group writes:
Reading a book before it’s officially published is like an invitation to Willy Wonka’s factory. It feels special and very exciting; you can’t quite believe that you’re doing it!
This is the second time that Hot Key have granted these Y5 and Y6 pupils a sneak preview of one of their books. They eagerly read Tom Banks’s THE GREAT GALLOON and were then interviewed in order to create this review. The children are always refreshingly honest and often surprise you with their genius comments.
We hope you enjoy reading The Great Gallon as much as we did. It really is great!
